KEN WISE AND ASSOCIATES

Ken Wise has been an effective and respected lawyer since 1981.  Ken has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Small Claims Court, the Superior Court of Justice,  the Divisional Court, the Court of Appeal, the Federal Court, the Tax Court of Canada, and the Supreme Court of Canada. 

 

Ken also regularly appears before boards and tribunals in Ontario such as Licence Appeal Tribunal, Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, Landlord and Tenant Board, Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, Ontario Labour Relations Board, Criminal Injuries Compensation Board, and Social Benefits Tribunal.
